Rossland Lumber brought us a 40′ shipping container to modify the framework to allow for 3 roll-up doors along the side. We stuffed it into our shop and reinforced the structure before cutting the openings and finally adding the door brackets. After a couple coats of bright red paint we installed the doors and shipped it off for service.

We fabricated this box grader from a design package purchased on Etsy. After revising the design files for proper tolerances and our tooling we fabricated from 3/8″ A36 and 3/4″ QT400 steel. The ripper shanks were waterjet cut for better accuracy, but the rest was cut on our Fastcut CNC plasma table.
This attachment is designed to level out driveways and manage road ruts. It can be used to grade and even crown dirt roads and is quite effective in practice.
